چکیده
Distal fractures on the collarbone are one of most common fractures. Using internal fixation is widely used methods for treating in collarbone. A dual plate a fracture reported to reduce reoperation due devices. In this study, element analysis results will be presented using finite software (FEA software) fixation, superior plate, and anteroinferior plate. three-dimensional model with distance 3 mm obtain equivalent von Mises stress value. There was no significant difference bending compressive loadings double small fixation. The has value compared This demonstrates that better biomechanical properties than single because it shielding ability accelerate bone healing low load if by an active patient.

Distal ulna hook plate fixation for unstable distal ulna fracture associated with distal radius fracture.
The significance of distal ulna fractures is often undermined, which can result in inadequate treatment compared with fractures of the radius, the ulna's larger counterpart. However, little guidance exists in the current literature on how to manage distal ulna head or neck fractures and intra-articular ulna head fractures. Therefore, the purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the o...

Thirty consecutive patients who had dis-location of the elbow without concomitant fracture andwho were sixteen years old or more were examined undergeneral anesthesia for stability of the joint at an averageof four days after the injury. All of the elbows showedmedial and sixteen showed both medial and lateral in-stabihity The patients were then randomly assigned tou...
متن کاملA customized fixation plate with novel structure designed by topological optimization for mandibular angle fracture based on finite element analysis
BACKGROUND The purpose of this study was to design a customized fixation plate for mandibular angle fracture using topological optimization based on the biomechanical properties of the two conventional fixation systems, and compare the results of stress, strain and displacement distributions calculated by finite element analysis (FEA). METHODS A three-dimensional (3D) virtual mandible was rec...

Thin plate splines have been used successfully to model curves and surfaces. A new application is in data mining where they are used to model interaction terms. These interaction splines break the \curse of di-mensionality" by reducing the high-dimensional nonparametric regression problem to the determination of a set of interdependent surfaces. However , the determination of the corresponding ...
متن کاملMeta-analysis for dorsally displaced distal radius fracture fixation: volar locking plate versus percutaneous Kirschner wires
BACKGROUND Dorsally displaced distal radius fractures (DDDRF) are frequent injuries in clinical practice. Traditional percutaneous Kirschner wires (K-wire) and open reduction with volar locking plate (VLP) are the two most common surgical fixation techniques used to manage DDDRF. However, there is no current consensual evidence to guide the selection of one technique over the other. Therefore, ...
